Kevin Costner has requested his spouse Christine Baumgartner to depart their California house by mid-July

The Oscar-winning actor and his authorized staff say in court docket paperwork that Baumgartner “grasps at straws with one baseless argument after one other,” to lengthen her keep at his residence.
